In differential geometry, the term "cyclide" refers to a surface whose "lines of curvature" are circles. These surfaces have multiple concrete geometric descriptions related to groups of angle-preserving (or "conformal") transformations on Euclidean three-space. This image was created by rotating a product torus in the unit three-sphere (in Euclidean four-space) one-eighth of a turn so that the north pole (0,0,0,1) lies on the torus, then mapping by stereographic projection from the north pole to Euclidean three-space. This surface cuts three-space into two congruent pieces, each a half-space with a handle, and the pieces' handles are linked.

Made entirely from recycled plastic bottles and stretched over a lightweight, recycled frame, our custom eco canvases are a great way to introduce some sustainable art to your online store – even the packaging is made from 100% recycled content! Better yet, they’re almost half the weight of traditional wooden canvases and cheaper, too.
